Your project enquiry
We use your name, email, professional profile, selected services and project description to respond, understand your needs and prepare a quotation. Your business name is optional. The other requested details are needed to process the form.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The checkbox acknowledges that you have read this policy; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list. This form is not used to send a newsletter.
Describe your business requirements without including health information, body composition measurements, biometric data, gym member data or payment details. This form is not intended to collect that information.
Recipients and service providers
People authorised to handle projects at Feisar Labs receive your enquiry. Resend delivers an email containing your form details to our inbox. The email provider that manages that inbox also stores the correspondence.
The hosting provider handles technical data needed to deliver and secure the service. Its details are listed in the legal notice. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which performs that role and, if you accept, provides website analytics.
Protection against abusive submissions
To reduce abusive submissions, the form limits requests within a one-hour window. On Vercel hosting, the IP address supplied by its proxy is converted into a cryptographic hash used to count requests. The raw IP address is not stored in this form’s Redis rate-limit counters.
Upstash processes these pseudonymised counters, which expire after approximately two hours. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the service against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is separate from any technical logs retained by the hosting provider.
Retention
The planned retention period for an enquiry that does not lead to a project is twelve months after the last contact. This rule covers correspondence stored in our inbox and the services used to process it. If a contractual relationship begins, information required for that relationship or subject to a legal obligation follows the applicable retention periods.
Your analytics preference is remembered in your browser for 180 days. The form protection counters use the short retention period described above.
When you choose a language with the website’s language switch, the functional “silea-locale” cookie remembers that choice for 180 days. It contains only “fr” or “en” and restores your chosen language on a future visit. It is not used for analytics. You can change your choice with the language switch or remove this cookie in your browser settings.
Optional website analytics
Vercel Analytics loads only if you accept analytics. It gives us aggregated visit statistics, such as pages viewed, referral sources, device types and approximate location information. Form content is not sent to this tool. The website removes query parameters and fragments from the URLs it sends.
Vercel states that visits are identified using a request hash rather than third-party cookies, and that the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. That period does not mean all aggregated statistics are deleted.
You can accept or decline in the banner and change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining does not restrict access to the website or form. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” and no valid choice has already been saved, analytics is declined by default. The legal basis for this optional analytics is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
International transfers
Some providers, including Resend and Vercel, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Choosing a service region does not necessarily mean all processing remains within that region.
Transfers must use the applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Contact us to learn about the providers and safeguards chosen for the published website.
Your rights
Depending on the processing concerned, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise your rights or ask a question, use the contact listed on this page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
